Do my technicians need training?
No. There's nothing to download from an app store. You add each technician with a phone number and a PIN. They point the camera at the sticker, see the unit's history and tap in what they did.
Can my customers see the service history?
No. Anyone who scans a sticker without logging in sees your business name, logo and buttons to call or message you. Customers get their history through the reports you send.
Is my data secure?
